I have been a BB customer for the past 71 years! I called your 800 number this past week to order of night shirt.

The 800 number people did NOT know what I was looking for (despite having bought at least five (5) night shirts in the past!!

I then called the store in Clinton Connecticut and this gentleman could not help me but at least he knew what a night shirt was! I tried to call your retail store in Westport, Connecticut but was unable to find their store phone number.

Why should I not be 'pissed' after a misadventure that I outlined above.

Unconcerned that order didn’t go through

I ordered 2 sweaters on sale through brooks bros, and when I went to check on when they were arriving, the lack of an order was blamed on PayPal even though their site popped up and said it was completed. I had a discount code they sent me as well, and the customer service agent seemed glad that I was so irritated that I just said never mind.

$550 is a lot to charge somebody and never process the order. Havent gotten an email or update but the moneys gone. Going on 3 weeks, cant get ahold of anybody

US Website access from Canada

Im trying to access the US Brooks Brothers website from Canada, but the US site automatically redirects to the Canadian site. US customer service was not able to help with the problem. I noticed that the European site does not redirect.

Lost my card Brooke's brother said I had to get in touch with City Bank so I was on hold for like 2 hours three different times until I researched it myself and found a number to Brooks Brothers and then we fixed it should have been a lot easier don't lose your card

I accidentally paid $4,000.00 on my Brooks Brothers account. I have asked multiple times for a reversal back to my checking account and have not had a response from Brooks Brothers. It took a couple of minutes for Brooks Brothers to accept the funds and its been over two weeks now without a refund or even a reponse

Gift Card

Bought a Brooks Brothers gift card for my wife's birthday. When she tried to use it on their site there was no fund in it. Called BB and they said to wait another 48 hours for the fund to clear. That already felt so wrong since it was a gift to my wife. Called 2 days later and got sent around, finally some woman picked up and said she could help remove the restriction on the card and release the fund. After all the money spent and all that work, it was not worth it anymore and I wanted a refund. They refused and I had to dispute through my bank. I will never shopped at BB again.

Returning item from another state than where it was shipped

I ordered a dress in Florida but brought it with me to Virginia where I am staying for several weeks. Want to return but only shows FedEx drop sites near my Florida address. Can I drop it at any FedEx here in VA? Ive had issues previously where I can only take it to the store I listed when filling out the return order. Please advise.

I have repeatedly tried to get help with an online order I placed on December 14,2021. I spoke with a customer service representative shortly after I placed the order (minutes) to change it. I could not pull up the order online to change it online.The person I spoke with was very nonchalant and told me to wait 24 hours to see if the order would appear on my account and then I could change it UGH. So I waited , hours, days. The order has not appeared on my online account. It appears I also "lost" 2 rewards , one for $50.00 and one for $40.00 !!!! I would expect more from Brooks Brothers.This is one reason I have chosen to buy the rest of my online purchase with American Express

Delete my account because my nephew gets on my phone and clicks on Instagram app and puts bad things on my Instagram and next Instagram deletes my account. Hope Trump new social media will not be that strict like Instagram. I'm done with Instagram

Slow shipping times and poor customer service

I originally ordered a pair of women's jeans that never got shipped according to FedEx. Brooks Bros claims that it was shipped but that FedEx lost the package.

I don't believe that at all. I called customer service 5 times (and 2 hours wasted on the phone) to finally have another pair shipped to me. I was told that the replacement pants will be shipped on a 2-day shipping time. Now the store that was supposed to ship the item has not shipped it and it's now been additional 4 days.

Now I have to make another call to this store. This will be the last order that I will ever made with BB. - Poor customer service, and long hold times. I have read the reviews and the company overall has a lot of poor reviews for customer service.

It appears that the quality of their services are below par. This company has been around for many years, but it seems like the entire company needs training in how to handle customers.
