Resolved: Brooks Brothers - Poor customer service and shady business
I placed a number of items when BrooksBrothers.com ran their Holiday Sale (at the end of 2017). Some of my orders never arrived and, instead, I received incorrect (and pf far lesser value) products.
When I emailed, no one ever responded. When I tried to call, it took me over several hours to get through to someone. I also noticed that my credit card was overcharged by over $400. Yet again, getting through to someone on the phone took hours.
However, as soon as I explained my issue I was placed on hold and then hung up on. I repeated the process and this happened again. In addition, returns take at least 4 weeks to process and I have yet to see a credit on my card. This is not a company that in interested in doing business.
It is completely broken.
Never again will I order from them again. I am taking my business elsewhere: J Crew or Nordstrom's now has now taken my business from Brooks Brothers.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $430.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Brooks Brothers Cons: Poor customer service, Inability to get through to anyone, Inability to solve a discrepancies with charges placed.
